Agreement
By using Kulture, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to use Kulture. By signing in, you're confirming that's true.
Your account
You're responsible for what happens under your account. Keep your sign-in credentials and device secure.
Your content
You own what you post. By posting, you give Kulture a license to display it within the app to the people who can see that space. Don't post anything you don't have the right to share.
Community standards
No harassment, hate speech, threats, illegal content, spam, or impersonation. Use the report and block tools if you encounter any of this. Organization admins and Kulture can remove content or accounts that violate these standards.
Spaces and admins
Organization admins manage their own space's membership and content. Kulture may remove a space or its content if it violates these Terms.
Kulture AI
AI responses may be incomplete or wrong, so verify important information. Only share project or chat context that you have the right to share. Invited collaborators can see shared history and project context. Tools marked coming soon are not active, and Kulture AI cannot take external actions unless the app clearly presents and confirms that capability.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
No warranty
Kulture is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We work to keep it reliable, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kulture, its owners, and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of Kulture will not exceed the greater of one hundred dollars or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
In-person events
Kulture helps you discover and organize events, but doesn't host, staff, supervise, or guarantee the safety of any in-person event or meetup you find through the app. Attending an event is at your own risk. Kulture is not responsible for the conduct of other users, organizers, or venues, or for anything that happens at an event.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Kulture, its owners, and its operators from any claim, damage, loss, or expense, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your use of the app, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
Copyright complaints
If you believe content on Kulture infringes your copyright, email gokulmuralidharan26@gmail.com with: a description of the copyrighted work, the location of the infringing content in the app, your contact information, and a statement made in good faith that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner. We'll review the report and remove infringing content as appropriate.
Changes
We may update these Terms as the app evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the update.
